Maria Milanetti is a Partner at MarchFifteen and has over 20 years experience working with senior managers and leaders in a variety of settings. She specializes in strategy development, succession planning, change management and leadership and team development. Known as an insightful and results oriented business partner, Maria has worked in both large and small organizations in many different sectors.
Maria Milanetti holds a Master’s degree in business administration and completed her training in organizational development at The Canadian Organizational Development Institute.
Mr. Pierre Gauthier, Founder and President of GMP Inc., is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with more than 30 years of experience in helping business owners and CEOs strategize and design effective and pragmatic solutions in optimizing the contributory value of individuals and teams. Pierre acts as a strategic HR Business Advisor to business leaders and senior executives. He is also involved in leadership training, helping executives refine their influence behaviours.
Pierre has a B.Sc. and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Université de Montréal. He has also given classes in various academic institutions such as the HEC (École des Hautes Études Commerciales), the Université du Québec, and the Université de Montréal. Pierre is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec.
Dr. Sebastien Houde is a seasoned, fully bilingual leadership and organizational development practitioner, with over 15 years of consulting under his belt. As a trusted advisor to his clients, he tailors his practice, council and services to help them build the management and leadership skills required to positively impact their organizations.
Sebastien holds a Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The University of Guelph and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from St-Mary’s University. He is certified in numerous behaviour and personality assessments as well as other selection and development methodologies, such as Job Analysis and Professional Development Facilitation.
Neha Kotak is an Executive Advisor with over 15 years of International Consulting and deep expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Assessment and Development, Executive Coaching, Succession Planning, Conflict Mediation, Employee Engagement and HR Strategy. As a Consultant and Advisor, Neha partners with leaders in national and global organizations in developing strategies to drive results at an individual, team and organizational level. Her recent engagements include developing an organization-wide engagement strategy, alignment of senior leadership team, conflict mediation, executive coaching and leadership development of high potentials and sales leaders.
Neha holds a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration from Nagpur University, India. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Inc. She is also an Associate Faculty at University of Toronto.
Robin Long is a talent management specialist with extensive experience in testing and assessments, executive coaching and career coaching and counselling. She has completed psychometric assessments for senior executives, assisted hiring managers in making the right decisions for their companies and created development plans for existing talent, helping both individuals and organizations to enhance their personal and professional success.
Robin obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration at Schulich School of Business and earned her Chartered Accountancy designation in 1990 while working with Price Waterhouse. She obtained Honours Degree in Psychology from York University, followed by her Masters of Education degree (Counselling Psychology) at Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (University of Toronto).
Kevin McKenzie is the Founder and Chief Questions Officer (CQO) of Whatif? Advisory Inc. and Strategic Partner at MarchFifteen Consulting. Kevin has worked directly with large corporate and entrepreneurial companies in more than 20 countries. Building on core values of courage, curiosity and humility, Kevin gained tremendous insights into leadership effectiveness, client and people engagement and distinctive cultural experiences.
In addition to advising current executives, Kevin mentors and coaches future leaders. He sees tremendous opportunity in DEI and creating cultures of diversity, inclusion and belonging. Kevin believes everyone has a unique talent, but not everyone has been given a unique opportunity.
