Celebrating the Art That Shaped Our Space

By: MarchFifteen

As we prepare to transition out of our office and step into a new chapter, we have found ourselves reflecting, not just on a space, but on the incredible sense of community that filled it. We feel profoundly lucky to have shared these walls with so many people, ideas, conversations, and, most meaningfully, with the work of artists from our community who helped bring the space to life.

For nearly fifteen years, our office has been more than a place to work. It has been a gathering place. A place where leadership conversations unfolded, where ideas were challenged and reshaped, where moments of insight and celebration lived side by side. And throughout it all, art was never just decoration. It was a constant presence, a catalyst for reflection, dialogue, and connection.

As we said at our recent celebration, this moment is not simply an ending. It is a pause, a gratitude-filled look back, and a heartfelt cheers to what has been built together.

At the centre of that celebration were three artists whose work has become inseparable from our story: Maya Foltyn, Keijo Tapanainen, and Heiner Geisel.

Maya’s work has long invited us into a quiet tension between softness and strength, pieces that reward close attention and create space for vulnerability and curiosity. Keijo’s bold forms and striking landscapes challenged us to see structure, abstraction, and texture in new ways, grounding the space with confidence and intention. And Heiner’s masterful use of light brought warmth, energy, and joy to every wall his work touched, reminding us how profoundly art can shift the feeling of a room.

Together, their work bore witness to countless moments: coaching sessions and breakthroughs, difficult conversations and new beginnings, laughter, learning, and connection. Clients, colleagues, and visitors often found themselves lingering, drawn into a piece, sparked by a colour, or moved by something they couldn’t quite name. That is the quiet power of art, and it is something we have always believed in deeply.

When MarchFifteen was founded almost fifteen years ago, the intention was simple but meaningful: to create a space where people could come together, feel inspired, and connected – while actively supporting the local artistic community. That belief has never wavered. To us, art is not an afterthought or a luxury. It is a mirror, a provocation, and an invitation to see differently. In many ways, it does exactly what we strive to do in our work with leaders and organizations – encouraging growth, reflection, and the courage to imagine what’s possible.

As we move into a new year and a new phase for MarchFifteen, our commitment to advancing people and advancing business remains at the core of everything we do. While our physical space is changing, our values are not. We fully intend to continue creating opportunities to share art, support artists, and design environments – both literal and figurative – where creativity, meaningful dialogue, and human connection can flourish.

Across history, art has shaped societies by challenging norms, sparking collective imagination, and giving voice to experiences that might otherwise go unheard. It has served as a universal language; bridging cultures, inspiring movements, and helping communities make meaning of change. In celebrating the art that lived within our walls, we are also honouring this broader legacy of creativity as a force that connects and transforms.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us for the celebration, to our artists who trusted us with their work, to our team who brought these evenings to life, and yes, to the caterers who nourished us at every gathering. Most of all, we are grateful to the community that made these art nights, exhibitions, and conversations so special.

This is a thank you. A reflection. And a toast.

Here’s to the artists who shaped our space. Here’s to fifteen years of growth, creativity, collaboration, and connection. Here’s to MarchFifteen.

And here’s to what comes next – we cannot wait to continue sharing art with you in new ways.
